General Construction Proposal for TxDOT

Client: SouthGate Mobility Partners, a Joint Venture between multiple design, construction, and financing partners.

Overview: The client developed a proposal for the Texas Department of Transportation to design, construct, and maintain a new $4.1 billion portion of State Highway 183. I led a team of designers and writers in developing the proposal layout and the design of supporting tables, charts, and infographics.
