Food Allergy Chef’s Card

Client: My Kids Food Allergies, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating and encouraging parents of children with food allergies and sensitivities.

Overview: The client wanted to provide its followers with printable cards parents could use when going out to restaurants. Parents can fill out the cards and use them to inform the chefs and waitstaff of their family’s food allergies.
